WHAT TO BRING TO CLOSING – BUYER

1. Valid government issued identification for all parties executing documents
2. Cashier’s check for the balance of the down payment and closing costs
3. Check made payable to Keystone Closing Services (The processor will notify you of the amount necessary)
4. Any additional documentation that is required by your lender

WHAT TO BRING TO CLOSING – SELLER (Some of these items may be required and requested prior to settlement)

1. Valid government issued identification for all parties executing documents
2. Forwarding addresses and phone number
3. Keys
4. Garage Door openers and gate openers, if applicable
5. Any additional documentation required by Keystone to clear title
